Orphaned non-free media (File:Century Plaza Alabama mall logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Century Plaza Alabama mall logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:12, 2 August 2012 (UTC)

Hello

Can you please ask NeutralHomer to assume good faith, he has acknowledged here: User_talk:IRWolfie-#Poor_Man.27s_Talk_Back and at the AfD that he is not assuming good faith, and that he intends to personalise things. You are probably in a better position to get the message across to him. Cheers. (also see my post at WQA) IRWolfie- (talk) 23:30, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

I'll drop him a line, sure. - Dravecky (talk) 23:35, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the info

Hello D. Thanks for the info in this edit summary [1]. Is there any way to make readers aware that the link does not work? I have not seen many (any?) articles where the references are formatted the way they are in Richman's. I'm sure there are some I just haven't encountered them. I am not wiki-programming savvy so if there is a way to add the dead link template I think it would be good for the article but if not, or if it isn't something that you have time for, please don't worry about it. Cheers and happy editing. MarnetteD | Talk 16:27, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

Add the deadlink template to the reference itself, down in the "references" section of the article. - Dravecky (talk) 19:35, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply. I tried to do as you suggested here [2] but it doesn't show after I hit the save key. I'm not sure what I did wrong but it is probably something simple. If you can figure it out please feel free to change it yourself or leave me another message here. Thanks again. MarnetteD | Talk 22:02, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
No worries. The template has o go inside the ref tags. I fixed it for you. - Dravecky (talk) 01:07, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
No matter how long one edits here there are always new things to learn. I'm glad it was simple and I will (hopefully) remember this for next time. Thanks for taking the time to work on this and have a great weekend. MarnetteD | Talk 01:23, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
