Ulthoor is a village in the Kundapur taluk of Udupi district.

In 2011, Ulthoor had a total population of 1,798 people consisting of 1,015 male and 150 female residents. The village occupies a total area of 481.89 hecatres with a population density of 3.731 people per hectare. In 2011, the total literacy rate was 73.08% which was higher than the national average of 59.5%.[1]
In 2011, Ulthoor had an employment rate of over 40.21%, 80.22% of whom are employed over 183 days in a year.[1] The primary industry in the area is agriculture.[2]
