Cheshmeh Sefid (Persian: چشمه سفيد), also Romanized as Cheshmeh Sefīd,^[3] is a village in Tarhan-e Gharbi Rural District of Tarhan District, Kuhdasht County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,376 in 252 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,146 people in 254 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 761 people in 188 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
