أعتذر على التأخير في الرد. أؤكد لك أنني لم أنس الطقم الذي طلبت مني تحضيره، ولكني بصراحة لم استطع تنفيذه بشكل جيد مطابق للنسخة الفعلية من الطقم، والشكل الذي استطعت الوصول إليه غير دقيق مقارنة بباقي الأطقم التي قمت بصنعها من قبل، ولذلك لم استطع رفعه. أعتذر لك مرة أخرى. Beni Ebeid

I believe articles like this one on the town is far more important to fix up than the football club. And there are many like that. Fixing up sports articles is always a good thing, but there should be a priority level to articles for towns, cities and places which would help promote Egypt and give Egyptian geographical coverage on wikipedia a better light. Hello. I also think that improving articles about cities or towns is with no doubt far more important than fixing clubs' articles, especially if these clubs are playing in low tiers.

However, in my case, I'm more familiar with football and sports in general (I work for a local sports apparel company), so I tend more to improve articles about clubs or competitions' seasons rather than anything else. Had the case been different with me, I would have fixed over hundreds of non sports-related articles here on Wikipedia in the past few years.

Of course, that doesn't mean that I'm not open or not willing to fix other articles; I'd be more than happy to do that, but I think that now is not an appropriate time for me to take this step. Hopefully, you get my point, thanks. Ben5218 (talk) 03:39, 12 April 2024 (UTC)

Category:21st-century Egyptian Premier League seasons and Category:20th century Egyptian Premier League seasons

Hello, Ben5218,

Please do not empty a category "out of process", especially large categories. Doing so means removing all of the contents of a category and then tagging it for speedy deletion as an empty category, CSD C1. If you believe a category should be merged, renamed or deleted, please make a proposal at WP:CFD. This is especially important for older categories with substantial page histories. This isn't the case for the two categories you emptied, just letting you know for the future. Emptying a category out of process can be grounds for reverting your edits doing so so please do not do this in the future.

An exception is if you are taking on a recategorization for an entire category tree but that is usually left for editors whose editing on the project focuses upon category work but I don't think that is the case here. Thank you. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 15:39, 8 May 2024 (UTC)

Hello, Liz! Thanks for taking time to leave me this note. I can assure you that I did this just because there was no strong or obvious reason to categorize Egyptian Premier League seasons' articles by century. Looking at other football leagues seasons' categories, such as Category:Bundesliga seasons and Category:Premier League seasons, you will notice that there's only one category containing all articles, rather than having a category for each century. I thought that what I did was uncontroversial and wouldn't face any objections. Had the case been different, I would've listed these categories for discussion rather than emptying the categories immediately. Ben5218 (talk) 15:49, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
