Tupkanlu (Persian: توپكانلو, also Romanized as Tūpkānlū)[3] is a village in Takmaran Rural District of Sarhad District, Shirvan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 599 in 130 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 443 people in 110 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 721 people in 183 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
