Move from Wu Tieh-cheng to Wu Tiecheng[edit]

According to WP:NCZH, article titles should use pinyin unless the consensus of modern secondary sources do otherwise. A quick look at the Google ngram shows that Wu Tiecheng has been the vastly preferred spelling for decades. I'm therefore moving this article to comply with Wikipedia's policy.
