"Self-proclaimed"[edit]

The only edits of the recently-created account Charliebrown757 have been to this page, where they have twice attempted to cast doubt on the veracity of the statement that Greenstein is an anti-fascist activist, by adding the term "self-proclaimed". These edits are a breach of both BLP policy and the manual of style, casting doubt both on Greenstein's (well-known) activism and on his veracity and the reliability of the sources (the Brighton and Hove Independent, and The Argus. These edits by a patently obvious SPA are disruptive. In the unlikely event that someone can find a reliable source questioning Greenstein's anti-fascist history, they are welcome to bring it here for discussion and assessment. Edit-warring to introduce this comment into the article is unacceptable. RolandR (talk) 20:57, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Did he fight Mussolini or something? Every communist defines himself as "anti-fascist", whatever that means (usually means anti-capitalist). Attribution is fundamental per NPOV policy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Charliebrown757 (talkcontribs) 06:24, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The description appears to be reliably sourced in fn 6. Also, (1) "anti-fascist" is obviously not an NPOV violation when adequately sourced, as here, (2) you are both edit-warring, and should have stopped at least one or two reverts earlier, and (3) see WP:DR and WP:3O for appropriate ways to resolve content disputes. --JBL (talk) 00:38, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
