Request change in citation format[edit]

삭은사과, thank you for adding the citations [1] about the party's political position (left wing). I have a suggestion for a small change. Would it be OK to slightly trim the quotes in the citations a bit? Another suggest is to remove the bolding in the quote. Political position[edit]

The position of the TSP has been extensively discussed on Chinese Wikipedia. It is noteworthy that both left-wing and far-right positions have been referenced, and the TSP is known for its strong anti-China stance, with a history of propagating conspiracy theories related to Huawei smartphones. The Storm Media and CredereMedia are both recognized Taiwanese media outlets, often cited on Chinese Wikipedia. I have provided citations for the original texts I referenced. TSP founder Chen Yi-chi claimed that using Huawei phones would result in data theft, but has not presented reliable evidence to support this assertion, relying instead on subjective speculation. It is well known that Shinzo Abe represents the right-wing in Japan, and TSP strongly supports Shinzo Abe and pro-Japanese sentiments. If TSP is left-wing, why doesn't it support the JCP or CDP?^[1] MELT1917 (talk) 13:51, 6 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Far-right tag is inaccurate[edit]

Opposition to PRC doesn't automatically make party "far-right". Considering the party is socially progressive and pro-indepence it is more accurate to describe it as "left-wing nationalist" like Sinn Féin in Ireland. 78.58.3.21 (talk) 00:41, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
