"Notable" restaurants versus those by geography[edit]

Unfortunately there does not seem to be any reasoning or order for sorting those seafood restaurants that are "notable" versus those that are not. I propose a slimming of this list, and perhaps a few rules for what defines a "notable" restaurant versus the others (which are obviously already notable and significant enough to have their own pages).
