Dubious at best, fraud at worst[edit]
There is no evidence such an item has existed, let alone was written by the Hattori Hanzō. The biggest claims of such a thing are through Antony Cummins, a known fraudster. I'm from an age where an article such as this could not exist on Wikipedia, as the only sources linked are filtered through one man and those who source him, and this should not pass muster on any legitimate knowledgebase.
