I don't speak Korean but I can use Google translate. (가수) Korean article for this singer may be better. The article has a problem that the text part is about his unsuccessful early career, which would not make him notable, and stops at 2013. In order to show notability, we need articles (in Korean is fine) that show public interest in his music or in his life. Reputable publications in Korean are better than fanzines or social media.
