LouiseS1979 I struck two refs as they don't mention the highway. The fourth reference is not independent and doesn't say they highway began or is anywhere near beginning or even if it mentions the E04. Bgwhite (talk) 23:21, 17 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I struck the 1st ref. It is the wrong highway. That is in the Southern portion of Sri Lanka. If the E04 is going from Colombo to Jaffna, your ref is going in the wrong direction. Bgwhite (talk) 23:27, 17 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
