Rezqabad (Persian: رزق اباد, also Romanized as Rezqābād; also known as Zorqābād and Zarq Ābād)[3] is a village in Zorqabad Rural District of Zorqabad District, Esfarayen County, North Khorasan province, Iran, serving as capital of the district.[4] Formerly the capital of the rural district,[5] the capital has been transferred to the village of Ajqan.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,013 in 254 households, when it was in the Central District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,002 people in 262 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 664 people in 225 households.[2]

In February 2023, Daman Kuh Rural District and Zorqabad Rural District were separated from the district in the establishment of Zorqabad District.[4]
