Miyan Velayat District (Persian: بخش میان ولایت) is in Taybad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Mashhad Rizeh.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 22,236 in 5,863 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 22,956 people in 5,816 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 25,357 inhabitants in 6,558 households.[2]
