Dasht-e Taybad Rural District (Persian: دهستان دشت تايباد), formerly Miyan Velayat Rural District (دهستان میان ولایت), is in Miyan Velayat District of Taybad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Mashhad Rizeh.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 11,315 in 2,361 households.[4] There were 8,480 inhabitants in 2,069 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,491 in 2,296 households. The most populous of its nine villages was Kheyrabad, with 4,540 people.[2]
