Changing "status" of an article about an U.S. State?[edit]

So, I believe I've finished reviewing/updating the LGBT rights in Maryland page as I indicated in my edit, but I'm not sure I added the right template, used on Template:Reviewing, to indicate I've done the tasks I set out to do on the page. @TheTranarchist ⚧ Ⓐ and @Another Believer, any suggestions would be helpful, as I've never done a project like this before. I think the  Done template is fine! Also, I've added the "Wiki Loves Pride" template for 2023 to Talk:LGBT rights in Maryland, and updated the campaign page Wikipedia:Wiki Loves Pride/2023 appropriately. Feel free to repeat this process as you continue to work on LGBT-related entries in 2023. Thanks! ---Another Believer (Talk) 18:27, 7 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ah yes, I forgot about that step, oops. But, I'll definitely do that in the future. Great! I'll hopefully get onto OH and MA pages this week, as both pages need work. Historyday01 (talk) 18:39, 7 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for doing the Maryland article! Tbh I haven't done a project like this either I just wanted to get the ball rolling. I'm finishing up an article on Gays Against Groomers then going to look more closely at the NY and NJ articles. Also thanks @Another Believer for adding this on WP:Wiki Loves Pride! Here's another source [1] (using the Bluebook citation style) which may be of help. Appendix 1 (p. A-1 to p. A-7) lists "State Sodomy Laws in 1791" in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York State, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia, while Appendix 2 (p. A-8 to p. A-13) lists "State Sodomy Laws in 1868" in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, while p. A-14 to A-15 lists similar laws after 1868 in Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, and Nebraska. Historyday01 (talk) 01:03, 8 February 2023 (UTC) @User:Sativa Inflorescence, since you are doing RI, this source, which I mention in this comment, may be helpful. Update: For those updating the pages about Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin, the book America's War on Same-Sex Couples and their Families: And How the Courts Rescued Them may be a useful source. Here's a citation I came up with for that source: [2] Historyday01 (talk) 15:07, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
