As far as the section header is concerned it's the IP that's correct... per WP:HEADING, headings should be in sentence case, not title case (thus "Independent circuit (2012-present)" is correct, "Independent Circuit (2012-Present)" is not). I believe this biographical entry does not conform to the Wikipedia standards. Specifically, it appears that the subject sees to it that negative material is quickly removed from the entry. More specifically, it is an easily verifiable fact that many members of the Orthodox Jewish community perceive this individual to be a bigot, and his blog to be highly offensive. While the Wikipedia entry does acknoledge that he is hated by many in this commnunity, it does not acknowledge the aformentioned perception. The Wikipedia guidelines are pretty clear in stating that the subject of a biographical entry does not have the right to manage the content to remove negative factual material. Basically, I see you've made quite a few mistakes when reverting at high speeds (see Yunshui's talk page for details), such as reintroducing some serious BLP vandalism at Rudy Duthil. In addition, Yunshui seemed to grant you the permission without being aware that you'd already had your request declined at WP:RFPERM. And one of the most serious issues: this is not how we treat good faith newcomers, see WP:Don't bite the newcomers. Hi Kingpin, I have reviewed my mistakes and taken a look at this page. I sincerely apologize for my mistakes-clearly I had not been very careful with Huggle. I would like a chance to prove myself; that I can be capable of slowing down, and being accurate rather than fast. I strongly feel that I should be given another chance with the Rollback tool. I find Huggle to be very efficient and time-saving, but I clearly went a little overboard. I can indeed slow down with the use of tools like these and STiki. It's a good sign that you recognise your mistakes. However, the fact that you are re-requesting rollback immediately doesn't indicate to me that you are actually slowing down, I would encourage you to be patient and build up slowly. You will get a second chance to prove yourself, but bear in mind you only just had your first chance (and you were lucky to get that, considering that Yunshui was apparently unaware that your request was declined at RFPERM). I'm not going to grant you rollback again so soon after the incidents I mention above. You are of course free to request at RFPERM again at any time, and get a second opinion. But I would guess most other administrators would take the same view as me: that it is too soon to be re-requesting. My advice would be to wait a couple of months, and work with slower tools like UNDO and Twinkle before "jumping in at the deep end" - it is possible to prove that you are capable of slowing down and being accurate without using rollback (instead using UNDO etc.), and this is the path that most editors would take before requesting it. - Kingpin¹³ (talk) 18:25, 24 December 2012 (UTC)

I updated the tolls because the amounts previously there applied to a only small portion of the road (between I-370 and MD 97), while the longer segment between MD 97 and I-95 was not reflected at all in the previous toll values. Anyway, I did appreciate your criticism of my edit, but I was frustrated to find that you undid it even though the information was accurate. Before undoing someone's edits, I think it would be a good idea to make sure that the edits are ACTUALLY incorrect. Thanks.

The sentence states the toll amounts for different times of day, and then points out that those rates are for E-Z Pass users, and finally that "others" will be subject to tolls that are 50% higher. In this context, "others" certainly refers to NON E-Z Pass users. I can agree that the word "others" may be a bit ambiguous, but that sentence has absolutely no insinuation that E-Z Pass users pay MORE; that would definitely be a misinterpretation. Here is the sentence in question: "The tolls along the full length of the road (between I-370 and I-95) vary by time of day, ranging from $1.60 overnight to $3.20 in off-peak daytime, and $4 at rush hour (for E-ZPass users; for others toll rates will be approximately 50% higher)"

re Closet Land The movie is bases most of its suspense and thrill in the fact that the viewer doesn't have much idea of what is going on. Not everybody is a vandal!

Hi Kevin, welcome back, and a belated Happy New Year to you. I notice that you're getting stuck in with STiki, which is all well and good, but you seem to be a little over keen to slap the "vandalism" tag on your reverts, and that's not so good. A number of your recent reverts using STiki have labelled good faith edits as vandalism - remember, vandalism is a deliberate attempt to compromise the encyclopedia. Many editors, especially newer ones, make unconstructive edits simply because they are not aware of all Wikipedia's policies and guidelines; these edits, whilst they may damage Wikipedia, are not vandalism. If you are in any doubt whatsoever over an editor's motivation, please assume good faith and revert them normally, rather than tagging their edits as vandalism. Such errors on your part don't help your future ambitions for rollback and/or adminship; and could result in your STiki rights being revoked as well.

Sorry to make my first message of 2013 such a downer. I know that you are working with the best of intentions, but your zeal seems to be outweighing your judgement more often than it should. I'd suggest you slow down with the anti-vandal work for a time, and concentrate on other areas of Wikipedia for a while - make 2013 the year you got three DYK articles onto the Main Page, or created a Good Article from scratch, or participated in fifty AFD discussions, or reviewed fifty AFC submissions, or participated in move discussions, or helped resolve disputes (or graduated from adoption school...). I honestly think that Tampons would be viewed as far more of a Medical Fetish item than a Menstrual Cup would? I have no prior knowledge of the subject - therefore in this predicament you are the expert. Focusing on the discussion at hand, I would disagree that a menstrual cup would be viewed as less of a medical fetish item as tampons would. Tampons are applied to a genital area, which does not make it fall into the category of "fetish". Unfortunately, I may have committed a minor error on my part that issued a warning to you. I did mean to revert your edit, but not issue you a warning. For my error I apologize, but I'm glad you asked when you disagreed with another editor. I will remove your warning. Cheers! Thank you Kevin. For you to broaden your knowledge of the subject, I can refer you to other online articles which can confirm that the insertion of tampons is very much considered a "fetish" subject - if used by males! Refer to entries for "Menophilia" - where menstrual blood, tampons, etc are turned into a fetish. Your statement that tampons are "applied to a genital area" should then be exactly the same as for menstrual cups - for they too are "applied to a genital area", so there shouldn't really be any distinction between whether one belongs on the 'fetish' page or not based solely on your judgement criteria of whether or not they are "applied to a genital area". Do a search on Google for "Tampon Fetish" and do another for "Menstrual Cup Fetish" - I guarantee you that you will find pages of results for tampons and probably none for menstrual cups. Now that you are further informed about the subject, I urge you to consider reversing my edit's rollback please. Thank you

Hi Kevin. Sorry if my response last night seemed a bit snappy. I'm flattered that you think I'd make a good beuaro buraue beuareau crat-thing, but an RfB really isn't something to randomly spring on people. For the sake of comparison, when I ran for RfA I was discussing the requirements with my eventual nominator for a good six months beforehand, taking care to make sure that I was genuinely ready to take on the duties of an administrator, that I understood all the relevent policies and that I had a good grasp of how the admin tools should be used. Right now, I don't believe I'm anywhere near capable of serving competently as a buraeu bourau oh ffs crat: I don't yet have enough experience in establishing consensus to be a reliable arbiter of RfA discussions, and whilst I'm fairly au fait with the username policy, I don't feel I've done enough work in account creation for the community to trust me with rename rights. Plus I know next-to-nothing about bot operation, so I'd be downright useless at BAG. It's also worth remembering that, like adminship, being a buraeu beauraeu bureaucrat (YES!) is nothing special; just extra tools and with them, extra responsibility - it doesn't endow one with any additional authority or kudos. I might consider taking the RfB route in a year or two, but right now, whilst I'm grateful for the vote of confidence, it's really not a good idea. Yunshui 雲‍水 08:01, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
