Grave Site[edit]

Local tradition places the grave of Nun in the shrine of Nabi Nun on one of the hills just outside of the Palestinian village of Yanoun (Arabic:Ya Nun="Oh Nun"), near 'Aqraba, in the Samarian area of the West Bank, not too far from the city of Nablus. Thus contradicting the statement in this chapter. Does anybody have any information on this?

"Samarian region"?[edit]

I wonder, is there really a reliable source for the claim that a part of the West Bank is called "Samaria"? To me, it appears to be Israel-specific (and thus POV) terminology. I suggest simply "The northern part of the West Bank". MeteorMaker (talk) 15:21, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
