Possible match[edit]

I looked on Ancestry for any possible records regarding Jowett and found a possible match.

In the 1939 England and Wales Register, a James Jowett born 24 November 1907 is working at a dog boarding kennels -https://www.ancestry.co.uk/discoveryui-content/view/36014690:61596?tid=&pid=&queryId=0d882b0c-f4aa-45ba-9e75-d01c467d7d4a&_phsrc=eEL1075&_phstart=successSource. Nobody else of that name seems to have a job relating to dogs, although he might not have had such a job at the time. I also only looked at people who would have been born between 1895 and 1920.

This James Jowett appears in a family tree as having died in 1985 in Hillingdon, London. The family tree (which I can't link for some reason) cites this death record -https://www.ancestry.co.uk/discoveryui-content/view/5870462:7579?ssrc=pt&tid=153866708&pid=242141719180.

Jowett retired in 1974, so he was probably about the same age as this James if it's not him.
