Reason: While I'm waiting for my Carrie Chapman Catt image to settle into articles a bit, how about this one? It's always been one of my favourites, but the last nomination seemed oddly fixated on personal appearance of her over the encyclopedic value of illustrating her article. She's a scientist, not a model.
