Request reason:
I am extremely sorry for the behavior I have done years ago. I do not want to be banned from wikipedia. I don't want to tamper or edit pages. I need someones help creating the page Whitenoise. He is a hip hop artist from Toledo, Ohio. He owns the trademark to his name and what makes him notable is he has two articles written from two different publications that have their own wikipedia pages stating that Whitenoise is the most prominent hip hop artist in his city and has made the most impact. Here are the two articles.https://allhiphop.com/music/whitenoise-raps-with-a-golden-age-hip-hop-style/ along with this https://thesource.com/2023/05/22/whitenoise-is-breaking-the-industry-with-glass-city-records/ both of these articles are notable and are not paid promotional material. Hello first I would like to apologize for my behavior on wikipedia. I am new to article writing and I feel like I was bullied and my page kept being denied even tho my topic was notable. I would like to accept a WP:TOPICBAN for the artist Whitenoise so that I can continue using wikipedia. I will not be abusing wikipedia. I am asking an administrator to please over look the wikipedia page and confirm that the topic Whitenoise is notable under the grounds that he is the most prominent hip hop artist from his home town which can be seen on these two highly notable hip hop media outlets here, https://allhiphop.com/music/whitenoise-raps-with-a-golden-age-hip-hop-style/, https://thesource.com/2023/05/22/whitenoise-is-breaking-the-industry-with-glass-city-records/, If im no longer able to use wikipedia I can accept that but the artist Whitenoise is a notable topic and I am asking that a administrator create the page Whitenoise however they choose. They are the artist Whitenoise is the trademark owner, is @whitenoise on every major platform and a verified celebrity. They are easily impersonated and I provided two notable articles both stating that Whitenoise is the most prominent artist from his hometown, making Whitenoise also notable. I was bullied for trying to create a page that was ravaged by wiki admins without even digging for articles to see if the topic was notable or not they just assumed and deleted the page and I was just learning about article writing and wikipedia page creation.

Asking that another person help you evade your block (or evade your topic ban) by writing about Whitenoise, that isn't going to fly. Your unblock request is almost entirely about Whitenoise. Request reason:
After reading all the information listed I would like to accept a topic ban for Whitenoise. I will not talk about this topic or even or ask anyone to create the page. I will not abuse any policies that Wikipedia has to offer. I'm still learning and I apologize. I would like to accept a topic ban for whitenoise so that I may be unblocked and use wikipedia for what it's supposed to be for. I will not try to create any pages and will do intense research on policies before I make any contributions in the future.
