The only way to "change your user group to administrator" is to get yourself nominated to be an admin, and then go through an RfA (Request for Adminship), a very rigorous process where the community examines your qualifications and decides, individually, whether to support you or oppose you.
If you would take a bit of advice, there not an iota of a chance that you would pass an RfA at this point in your editing career. Oh, you can nominate yourself and open an RfA, but it will be closed almost immediately as either a WP:SNOW close (as in "not a snowball's chance in hell") or WP:NOTNOW. What you need to do it edit productively for some number of years (2 or 3), keep your nose clean (blocks will almost automatically prevent you from becoming an admin), learn the site's policies and norms of editing and follow them, and then, if everything goes OK, file to be an admin.
