Your contributed article, Cars (franchise)[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Cars (franchise). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Cars (film). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Cars (film) - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 04:08, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 16:54, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please have a look at Talk:Monsters University. There is a whole discussion regarding wether this article should be started or redirected. It's outcome was to redirect, as there isn't enough information to warrant an article yet. So please stop turning it into an article. Thank you. Edokter (talk) — 20:47, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on PIXARPEDIA requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. The article Pixarpedia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to be a notable book.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The article George D. Ryder Elementary School has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

it is a non-notable primary school, fails WP:ORG

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. MfD nomination of User:TAR2C[edit]

User:TAR2C, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:TAR2C and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:TAR2C during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 17:06, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your userpage and WP:NOT[edit]

Please read WP:NOT for a list of things that Wikipedia is not. This includes that Wikipedia is not a webhost or a forum. You have repeatedly used your userpage as one, and it has repeatedly been deleted by administrators. I have taken the liberty of blanking your most recent version of your userpage, as it clearly had nothing to do with Wikipedia (you were using it to conduct polls unrelated to Wikipedia and to have a forum on various news and sports items).

As I mentioned, this is not the first time your userpage has been deleted for these reasons. If you persist in using your userpage for reasons completely unrelated to Wikipedia, the page will be nominated for deletion again, and an administrator may have to take further actions to prevent any continued disruptive behaviour.

Rather than focus all of your time on your userpage (either in making these types of polls, etcs., or creating fake articles with it), why don't you actually contribute to Wikipedia? This is an encyclopedia after all, not a social media webstie. If you are unsure how to contribute, please let me know. Singularity42 (talk) 11:56, 5 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
