Problems with upload of File:Spottoon Logo.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Spottoon Logo.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Notability[edit]

I thought I'd explain why the page keeps getting deleted. Ultimately it's over a lack of notability. You did add more basic information to the article in its most recent incarnation but you didn't add anything to show where it's notable enough to pass notability guidelines. By this I mean that you didn't add reliable sources like newspaper coverage of the service. The Korea Herald source was good, as was The Hankyoreh, but the Huffington Post source would be considered WP:PRIMARY and cannot show notability. While you do have two sources, they aren't enough in this instance to show a good depth of coverage for the service and I'd say that you'd likely need about 3-4 more to really be able to overturn the deletion at AfD. The good thing is that coverage does not have to be in English, so if there are Korean language sources (or any other language) you can always use those.

Now you can ask Sandstein if he'd be willing to transfer a copy of the article to WP:AfC, the articles for creation process, so you can work on it and once you believe that it passes notability guidelines you can always approach him to have it restored to the mainspace. You could also make an AfC copy yourself without him restoring the article history if you want, but you will still need to ask him before making the page live.
