Hello K Phinney. Thank you for writing. We can skip the copyright issues because Wikipedia has a policy of No original research, and therefore the majority of this text is not appropriate here. The term "avidity" itself may have a place on Wikipedia, and you could list your report ([1]) as an external link. Response to your message[edit]

First of all, you must realize that it was impossible for me to determine that you were the original author of the article as printed. In fact, it is still impossible for me to confirm this, though I do believe you. The abstract seems to have been written by several people, and thus I don't know that you can singularly release it into the public domain. I admit that I am fairly ignorant of GFDL policies.

The person who deleted your article was an administrator on this site. You can contact her directly on her talk page about restoring your article; I do not have the authority to do so.
