An encyclopedia entry is about keeping history of information. Since the previous ownership of a domain site is historial information, such entry is completely within the scope of Wikipedia and it is not advertising. I respectfully disagree with this assessment based on the following: - Copyright laws around the world do not discriminate between different forms of expression; ie. rules apply to the work regardless whether it is a picture or written words. - "Publications" from Thai government (or any government) can be of both written words and images; if Thai law specifically states that images are copyrighted separately than written words, it would have said so. - Thai government website which the image originated from has no indication that image contents are copyrighted separately than written contents. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
