Please update abortion law image[edit]

May you please update the abortion law image to illegal with no exceptions (black color) for Mauritania per these sources. https://reproductiverights.org/maps/worlds-abortion-laws/?category%5B1348%5D=1348 And https://time.com/6173229/countries-abortion-illegal-restrictions/ Rote1234 (talk) 02:57, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Rote1234 and RenewIR: The map of the Center for Reproductive Rights is not a very reliable source, and the Time article is not an independent source as it cites the former. More recent laws of Mauritania explicitly allow abortion for medical reasons, at least in case of risk to the woman's life, and the government has also stated that it is legally permitted in such cases. Please see the more detailed and direct sources that I added in abortion law. Heitordp (talk) 08:14, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Then update the map for Senegal. The center for reproductive rights is the most recent reliable source and they cite their information. Your sources are older.Rote1234 (talk) 11:53, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Rote1234: I'll continue this discussion on the article's talk page. Heitordp (talk) 18:02, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
if that's the case the we will need to update the map for Madagascar and Philippines to allow to save life of mother: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0010782417305310 and https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/917566/duterte-told-therapeutic-abortion-allowed-to-save-womens-lives Rote1234 (talk) 16:09, 5 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
