September 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Sean Hannity, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Pinkadelica (talk) 04:35, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're free to edit any article as long as you don't vandalize them. :) The reason I reverted what you added was because of its' overall tone. While it did lean towards an apparent dislike for the guy, there were some worthy points. I don't know much about Hannity, but I'll go out on a limb and guess that adding a completely unsourced criticism section (especially with unsourced quotes from a living person) isn't going to go over well. I suggest you propose this section on the article's talk page before adding it. It might also help if you had your references handy for this at the time you add it. Again, don't know much about Hannity, but I see no harm in a well balanced, sourced criticism section. If you need any more help, just leave a note on my talk page (and yes, that's how you can communicate with other users here). Pinkadelica (talk) 04:54, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:25, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use talk pages such as Talk:Prescott Bush for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. See here for more information. Thank you.--Ave Caesar (talk) 14:23, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
