Albanian Declaration of Independence[edit]

Hi,

I noticed you are well acquainted with literature of Albanian history. Can you recommend some sources to be used in the Albanian Declaration of Independence? It is very important document and its article deserves to be much better. Still, sources differ when it comes to simple things like the number and names of the signatories of the declaration.
