Image tagging for Image:Cars_game_cover.PNG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Cars_game_cover.PNG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Cars game cover.PNG)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Cars game cover.PNG. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. — Indon (reply) — 11:36, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, it does not harm to you if we just let the image be deleted by admin. The notice above is just to remind the uploader, in the case of vandalism. Cheers. — Indon (reply) — 11:48, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Sorry to bother you, but it looks we might have an edit conflict at speedster (comics) between myself and Ace Class Shadow. If you could chime in with your opinion on that article’s talk page, so that we can achieve some sort of consensus, it would be appreciated. Thanks. Nightscream 10:53, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I needed people who have expressed some interest in the article, or in comics in general. Since you made an edit on that article, I left a message. I was not aware of any discussion of the notion that McQueen is a speedster (I agree, he is not), and I apologize if I've bothered you. If you don't want to participate, then do not. Thanks. :-) Nightscream 11:14, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wall-E[edit]

Please go back and view all the previous discussions that took place the week Disney's press corps put out their 200x film announcements that included Wall-E regarding when WP was going to embrace adding Wall-E to the site. The consensus on the Wall-E deletion was that we would add Wall-E at the appropriate time, but there is such a dirth of information on it currently that it is actually detrimental to add it right now. Practically everything that exists is from blog posts that all reference each other as the original sources. So we're going to wait until there is actually something to write about, and add it then. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
