- Hello. Sorry for being slow to reply. I am not an OTRS volunteer; I came across your file while reviewing new user uploads. Files are listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files for at least a week before a decision is made whether to keep or delete them.
My only concern with your upload is the photograph of the Agni missile - where does it come from? Has it been published somewhere else before? Can it be found somewhere on Wikipedia? Was it originally a free image?
The flags (India and the United Nations) are already in the public domain and therefore can be used without restrictions (e.g. in derivative works such as your upload). It is only the sourcing of the photo that needs to be verified. SuperMarioMan 15:43, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
