I have been studying Isobel Wylie Hutchison for about 4 years.I find her fascinating because she was a sole female Arctic traveller and plant collector from SAcotland.

Although she was well known in her lifetime ( 1889-1982) very few people seem to know about her now. 

Yet she was a prolific lecturer and author. This is the short version of her life story.
It still needs more pictures for which I am trying to get copyright clearance .
I have put my suggestion for these at various places in my article.

I would shortly like to put this article on the main part of wikipedia
so I would appreciate constructive comments. Although I have produced pages in the past using HTML and am still learning
