It's good to see that others are willing to create these pages. I've kind of abandoned the Fall of late. Regarding the album infobox, you should find everything you need at Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums. Basically, it's a question of copying the code from here and filling in all the values. Otherwise have a look at the code for The Infotainment Scan, say, and you should be able to work it out from there. Have fun :~)

New plant pages[edit]

Hi Muggwort - nice to see you've started some good new pages on plants! If I may offer a few tips on style for references, they go at the ends of sentences, not at the start of the next: "used to cure snakebites [2]. The nectar", not "used to cure snakebites.[2] The nectar". Also it isn't necessary to cite a reference for every basic detail (the sort of 'common knowledge' things like plant size, that you'll find in numerous books), only the more out-of-the-ordinary details. For the reference citations, wikipedia has a standard style, typed like this: [http://www.linkpage Name of link]; this auto-formats so that [http://www.tiscali.co.uk/reference/encyclopaedia/wildlife/flowers_red_campion.html Tiscali: Red Campion] looks like this: Tiscali: Red Campion. Hi again - you're getting on really well! A couple of small points about the USDA Plants Database, with a lot of their pics, if you click on them, you can download a much higher resolution pic (see e.g. Juncus tenuis, which I've re-done the pic). Also when citing the page source from the USDAPD, watch out that when you move around that site, the page name in the browser address box doesn't change, so several of the pics you uploaded have the same source address :-) (see e.g. my correction on this one; I've not done them all though). One other suggestion - with most plant species pages, they're not long enough to have more than at most 2 or 3 headers, it's best not to have several headers each with just 2 or 3 lines of text, the pages look better with fewer headers; often ===Headers=== look better (less heavy) than ==Headers==, too. - MPF 01:43, 15 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Parill07-l.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Parill07-l.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.
