Three reasons. It doesn't belong in the Butte article, it belongs in List of people from Butte, Montana. You didn't provide a source citation; see Wikipedia:Citing sources. And McNellis is not notable, see Wikipedia:Notability (people). GA-RT-22 (talk) 02:58, 30 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
