December 2011[edit]

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Karyn White here. I did this because http://www.facebook.com/KarynWhiteMusic is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 17:07, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to Karyn White has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. I noticed that you cut and pasted text from a copyrighted source; http://www.blackmeninamerica.com/music2.htm. The addition has been removed to avoid legal concerns. This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Karyn White. Calabe1992 17:15, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:24, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
