Thanks for joining the project! Actually, there really isn't a join or not joined, the list of participants is more of a way for us to be able to find other users who are interested in working on the project. Anyone can work on the articles or the WikiProject even if their names are not listed on the page.

Basically, being apart of a WP:DIGI means you'll uphold standards and guidelines that we all come up with, in addition to helping us create guidelines and discuss issues about Digimon-related articles. (And remember to follow the guidelines of our parent WikiProject, WikiProject Anime and manga, as well.) Don't be afraid about making mistakes, Wikipedia has a lot to take in. More importantly, use common sense and make good faith efforts to follow the guidelines. No one is expected to know all of them, and sometimes they don't even apply, so you don't always know until you make an edit.

If you are unsure about something you can always make a note on it's discussion page (the link for each article's discussion page is next to the edit this page link) for asking for help or even just asking for other people's suggestions and feedback.

So far on our WikiProject we only have a few guidelines formally set out, but you'll find most of this kind of stuff being talked about on the talk page (remember to place ~~~~ after your messages, this will automatically insert your name and the date of the message).

Remember to not violate copyrights, such as cutting and pasting from other Digimon websites isn't allowed. Instead, re-write the information so it becomes an original work. And remember that Wikipedia isn't a fan-site, the articles should contain information that is useful and interesting to those who have not seen the shows or played the card games.

Again, welcome to the WikiProject. Check out the links on the Project page for what we have so far, and definitely check out the talk page and get involved there as well, with opinions and any ideas you have. And make sure you add the project page to your watch list so you can see when someone posts a new message or makes a new guideline. -- Ned Scott 07:32, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Harry Potter roll-call[edit]

Hi there. Your username is listed on the WikiProject Harry Potter participants list, but we are unsure as to which editors are still active on the project. Your name has therefore been moved to a "potentially inactive" list. If you still consider yourself an active WikiProject Harry Potter editor, please move your name from the Potentially inactive list to the Active Contributors list. You may also wish to add {{User WP Harry Potter}} to your userpage, if you haven't done so already. Conversely, if you do not wish to be considered a member of the WikiProject, leave your name where it is and it will be moved to the Inactive Contributors section. If you wish to make a clean break with the Project you may move your name to the Known to have left section. Many thanks.
