You have not made a new unblock request and even if you did, I would not review it (instead, another admin would review it). Please reread WP:GAB. I have never edited anyone else's article unless it was written against my country Cambodia. Bad country politics makes my people careless and misrepresent my country's cultural history on article wikipedia. I do not think I want to win over the governor of wikipedia, but please do not defend your principles on pages written in relation to other cultures, because you know it is not all.
