good article and "Good Article"[edit]

Drafts need to be good enough to be accepted. Separately, Wikipedia classifies articles on quality and completeness. This info shows up at top of Talk page. Progressively: Stub, Start, C-class, B-class, Good Article and Featured Article. The last two require an editor to nominate an article, which then goes to a reviewer, who then requires improvements.
