Louis, Gary and Tulisa thought that he sang BTINH really well and praised him, but Kelly said she didn't think it was good enough. But in my opinion, the song was far too big for him (he is a male with a small vocal range singing a female song which requires the singer to have range in order to make it sound good), and I think he ruined the song. Well, Beyoncé has never been the kind of artist who makes expensive and complex videos. The fact that "Single Ladies" won a VMA is clearly an example of how amazing she is. And let's not forget that this song isn't even a single. Nevertheless, I see what you mean and I have respect for that. Yeah, I know. You'd think with someone like Beyonce that she would have more expensive videos. RTW and 1+1 had amazing videos. But the one for BTINH completely let the song down, it was so boring and generic. Countdown is a good example of being a cheap video but still managing to look good for it. The Love on Top video is good, but I just don't think it does the song justice to it's full potential. And it will definitely become a single, there is no way only 3 are being released from 4, she will release at least 6 from this album is B'Day and I Am...Sasha Fierce are anything to go by. In my opinion, Beyonce once again proves that she does not need to spend a huge sum to make a good video. This video is cheap and simple. Very often, simplicity is beauty (SL anyone?). Even though i love this video, it is not in my list of the top 5 videos by Beyonce. Maybe in top 10 but not sure. However, it's a big disappointment (at least for me) that she omitted the second verse because i love it. The thing that I'm a Rihanna fan, doesn't give me less rights to love Beyonce's songs and videos. I hate when I see comments on YouTube like, Rihanna please lip-sync or Beyonce is the queen, Rihanna sucks, or eventually Beyonce get lost, Rihanna rules ... They are both great in their way, they have (or had) similar styles. And of course I didn't get you wrong. The thing about I love this video, it's the positive energy that Beyonce shares with the people watching it. No, it's true. Without him, Destiny's Child wouldn't exist, thus Beyonce (at her current level) wouldn't exist. I believe she would have got signed, but she wouldn't be living the life she is today and she wouldn't have experienced the same success, nor would she have the same songs. I agree about Destiny's Child but not about Beyonce's solo career. It is her talent that differentiated her from the others not her manager since they all had the same manager for at least the first 5 years of their respective solo careers. (Only Beyonce had him for 7 years although it is in fact 5 only since Beyonce actually manged the IASF era.) Well, it is true that Kelendria was more successful when Matthew was her manager. Her success is built upon her songs, right? That's ultimately what makes a singer successful. Who is to say that Crazy In Love would ever have been conceived? Jay-Z certainly wouldn't have been on it, as 03 Bonnie & Clyde would never have been a collaboration between the two. Dangerously in Love wouldn't have received the exposure it did if Destiny's Child hadn't of existed, that is what allowed her to be so free with creating the album. The same can be said for Mariah. If she hadn't of met Tommy Mottola and if he hadn't of tracked her down, would she of got signed? Would she as successful without his influential input? And same for Leona. She had been rejected from record labels (unbelievable, I know), so if she hadn't of won X Factor and met Simon Cowell, she wouldn't have become the globally recognised singer she is now. I'm not saying Beyonce, Mariah, Leona would never have made it, but tiny crucial aspects of their lives have resulted in massive success. If your theory is right, Kelly Rowland should have been more successful than Beyonce since "Dilemma" was a number 1 hit nearly everywhere while "03 Bonnie & Clyde" barely made the top 3. Lol, well it's true. The slightest change in their histories could have dramatically changed the course of their lives. A good manager does result in a good career. Geri Halliwell was the manager of the Spice Girls and they are regarded as the best girl group of all time. But is also dependent on songs aswell, singers need good songs, and Kelly's song's on her debut album were not very good, that is why she didn't do well. Here I Am, however, is really good. But Beyonce was the most favoured in the group, so that is why she got the best songwriters and producers. Well i do not like the word "favoured". If you search about Destiny's Child (old articles), you will notice that Beyonce actually always received most coverage from music critics. That's because she is indeed a good singer. I 100% agree that Michelle and Kelendria are good singers as well. But "favoured" in my opinion, especially considering the love i have for Beyonce, is not the appropriate word. Beyonce deserves what she has. Suppose she was really favoured, do you think she bought all those amazing reviews, awards and other honorable titles. Even if some people (I am not talking about you Calvin) think she bought them, Beyonce would have gone bankrupt by now. By the way, Kelendria and Beyonce do have the same producers. Hi, so, you and User:Calvin999, are having this conversation regarding wether this site is reliable or not regarding Australian radio releases the site is is Australia’s #1 source for music industry news and information, and has been for 15 years., and im using it in the release history section for Australian radio adds for some articles on wikipedia, i want your opinion wether you think the site is reliable or not?.....he talked with another user, and said that because airplay in australia doesn't count toward sales on the Australian charts, that the Australian radio adds are not needed to be put in the release history, but just because they don't count exclusevly towards the sales on the chart, doesn't mean they cant be mentioned, it's a way to promote the song,people will hear it on the radio and then go buy it on iTunes.....like US radio adds are allowed, this should be to....also, people should know when is the timeframe the label sent it to radio and that is important and notable...68.62.240.86 (talk) 23:29, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

@68.62.240.86: The Music Network is reliable IMO. However, ARIA, or Australian Recording Industry does not count airplay when they're compiling the charts. They use sales (take a look at this). I don't think it's bad to include them, just that they're of no use to the article. They don't help the song chart, directly (but indirectly). At the beginning I wasn't very satisfied with the songs from their third album (which is #1 on Billboard 200 at the moment!!!) but as much as I listened to them I've became obsessed. I know "Dangerously In Love 2" but I never heard "Brown Eyes" (I will listen to that song after i finish watching the video for "We Found Love"). I don't really know much of the song from the DIL era except "Baby Boy", "Speechless", "Naughty Girl" and "Dangerously In Love 2". I don't like that reggae and Arabian music. Ive added the single cover to the article for you but you need to change it from "song" to "single". It was never removed from AllAccess and was officially released as the third Urban single, Countdown was the third Mainstream single. According to this archive (here) It was, and is a single (an Urban one). And the link I gave you above is America's top 40 Urban radio plays. Songs listed there are singles, radios play whatever they want but a song would not chart that high without being released. I was speaking generally radios play what the labels send them but the song may not get an official release for weeks prior: EG: Blah Blah Blah (song), top 30 weeks before its release. I live in North America, I know how radios here work. We can go back and forth on this but the issue stands that unless there is a source stating its radio release was pushed back to Sept 20 you will have to use the archived one which states it was released Aug 30. The ballads off the album are her best shot at a Top 10 in Canada and the US ("Start Over","I Was Here"). All the other songs on the album are way too Urban for the current market where Dance-pop is the ruling genre - which will stay dominant for the next few years (you can thank Perry, K$, and Gaga for that). A solid ballad is her best shot at a hit here. I personally think that either of the two I listed could do very well with one good performance and a great video. It was originally suppose to be "Sleazy", then it got changed to "Cannibal" but that wasn't radio friendly so it got changed to "Harold" which then got cancelled because of her touring. Now its back to "Sleazy" featuring TI, Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, and Wiz Khalifa for some mega remix crap that no one knows the full details of. He is not on the album, so he shouldn't be listed here. Just like S&M by Rihanna, the Rihanna and Britney one was released as a single, but the article remained as "Single by Rihanna" as Britney is not on the album version. S&M Remix also got an album cover, but isn't used on the article. I agree with Lakeshade. J Cole is not on the album, Andre 3000 is. Although, because there is no artwork with his name, you might have to changed it to "Single by Beyonce featuring Andre 3000" and the leave the artwork blank, then underneath have the J Cole one, which lists it as a remix. Regarding Party

Regrading Party, the August 30 release date was scrapped, it was before the J.Clole remix, which is the single version....remember first they were planning it for august 30, then it got scrapped, so then they decided to go with Love on top for September 20, then that got scrapped. Then they finally decided on Countdown and they released Countdown on October 4........anyway, the new release date for Party will be announced soon....now because the single version features J.cole, we will get a new radio adds date and an itunes date soon...so, the August 30 date should not be put in the infobox...Trywithme (talk) 17:36, 22 October 2011 (UTC)

I think your mistaken, because Love on Top was supposed to be sent on September 20, then it got scrapped, and finally went for Countdown, the Spetember 20 date was for love on top then it got scrapped, go see the Love On top talk page, there is a whole discussion about the September 20 date for Love On top and how it got scrapped, so you are mistaken between Party and Love on top..... I removed only one or two reviews! LOL! Removed an eye-candy from the Critical reception section, converted the blockquote to Quote box and rearranged the whole article. BTINH

for BTINH, its August 9 for CD Single and September 2 for remixes ep......you have no proof that BTINH was released as a digital download in the UK on July 3, unless you can provide an iTunes or Amazon source that states the digital release date for July 3, then you cant add it.. lots of release dates get pushed back, just because Digital Spy is not up-to-date, doesn't mean, wikipedia has to be that way too........ digital spy has many out-of-date secnroios, first with BTINH, then Wet, then Fly, then Countdown......they all got pushed/back or cancelled, but digital spy didn't update that's all.......for uk release date, you have to check itunes uk or amazon uk, places where you can actually buy the song, not a random site that reviewed the song.....Tara1717 (talk) 11:58, 1 November 2011 (UTC)

Clearing Some Things Up

For Live at Roseland, I moved (DVD) from (video) as it seemed to be more accurate, as I have seen it in that format time and time again. I did not request (DVD) for speedy deletion for a random reason; it was for the copy and paste move from (video) to (DVD). The original article is now what is located at (video) and (DVD) was re-created when it was moved as a redirect, as shown in the edit history. And just to make something clear; I don't have anything against you. And I was just asking about the title; I didn't suggest it be changed. — Status {talkcontribs 22:27, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
