I'm sorry that you consider my contribution vandalism, I'll have to think about that. It certainly was not my intent.
Selective Laser Sintering is an area where I have some specific knowledge.
My cut was based on the fact that Householder's patent described a "process similar to SLS" and this page is about Selective Laser Sintering. SLS was invented by Carl Deckard at the University of Texas at Austin and Householder was a submarine patent used later in long series of patent skirmishes between, well -- all most everybody involved. Also the there was a reference which wasn't referenced, making the mis-attribution appear authoritative. Since you took the time to slap me down how about taking the time to tell me how I should have gone about this?
I'll look for some references to support my point. Patents and SEC filing would suffice I would think.

- Hi Jim Mikulak, the only thing i did was a quick web lookup, "sintering (SLS) of polymers and one of today’s foremost polymer manufac- ... 23 years after Ross Householder’s patent, the applications for selective laser ...and" [1], but following you, the story is different now, i wasn't aware of your knowledge that people mix the two up, rewriting the entry to make the difference more clear with some refs looks like a good option to me. - 2.It is a bit similar with this edit [[2]], maybe not as written, The four minerals that make up a SOFC are BSCF (barium, strontium, cobalt, iron), but are in research [[]]. so if you are aware of the difference, why not rewriting it to correct, instead of deleting ? The deletion in the SOFC page was of something that simply didn't make sense. First the comment was in the anode section. As explained in the article anodes for SOFC are usually made of NiO or Ni in a matrix of the electrolyte such as YSZ which is yttrium saturated zirconia. BSCF per the article you sited is "under considerations" as a possible cathode, there are many materials "under consideration" for SOFC cathodes. That does not mean that the " 4 minerals that make up SOFC are BSCF -- that statement is simple nonsense. My understanding is that LSM and LSCF are both currently being used and perhaps dozens of other compounds are being tested. I could move to BSCF to the cathode section and list it as a possible candidate for cathode improvement, but for two things, I don't have knowledge that it is a "leading candidate" nor is my current knowledge broad enough nor do I have time to review the current state of the research and expand the section to include other candidates. So I still think that simple deletion was correct. I'm not a big contributor to wikipedia and tend to limit my comments and changes to areas that I know well.
