October 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm RainbowLover334148. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Tower 42 have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. RainbowLover334148 (talk) 11:35, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the floors descriptions and the list of tenants because in my opinion none of that was useful information vis-a-vis an article about the building. You and RainbowLover334148 can revert that deletion, or else take discussion of it to the Talk page of the article. David notMD (talk) 12:10, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I know what I did is a radical edit. Wikipedia's policy, which an editor elaborated upon at Teahouse, is that true information MUST be verified by references that are considered reliable sources. What you know to be true as an employee is not sufficient. For that matter a publication of content that came from an interview of you would not be sufficient unless the interviewer had independent verification of the factual statements you made in the interview. If there is information you want to add for which you can provide reliable source references, the path open to you as an employee is to propose such changes on the Talk page along with a request that a non-involved reviewer look at, to either incorporate or deny. I know this all sounds cumbersome, but it is what it is. David notMD (talk) 12:34, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
