I can see why it might look that way, but it isn’t. I don’t believe the trains will be runing anytime soon, so nobdy stands to gain from it. But it is quite interesting, isn’t it, tha someon is putting gthe cars back in service, not taking them out? Would you care to rewrie the story so it sound more factual and less press releasey?
