From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:NPOV_dispute I recall: The editor who adds the tag must address the issues on the talk page, pointing to specific issues that are actionable within the content policies, namely Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, Wikipedia:Verifiability, Wikipedia:No original research and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. Simply being of the opinion that a page is not neutral is not sufficient to justify the addition of the tag.

In nine months time you failed to specify any specific issues.

Given that the article changed since November 2007, references were added (Making the unreferenced tag from October 2006 somewhat obsolete), is it still needed to maintain these tags, specifally the NPOV tag you placed ? I do not see why this article is biased, I do not know in what way the Francophone position is misrepresented, and I certainly do not know why the article is out of date. One User, Fernadel (Fernandel is a cognomen for a more established user who does not care to use his normal identity for certain purposes.) made these claims nine months ago. It was the only contribution Fernadel ever made (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Fernadel). Kvdh (talk) 18:02, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
