Request reason:

Hi, I think there's been a mixup. I read the policy page. My mother passed on at the end of April, after a short battle with cancer. Since then I have been battling with depression, and have become very insular. My therapist and cohabiter in my accommodation hatched a plan to get me "reaccomodated" with the real world through wikipedia, adding constructive edits. My friend, EU_explained and I often edit togethor from separate accounts in the same house. We both study EU affairs at university. We were working on the European Schools articles. I am devastated to lose access to wiki. It's been a great help, and I love being part of the community. You guys messed up here I think. I'm willing to work with you to come up with a way forward. Can you grant a second chance. My friend has tried to have his account unblocked but has been met by unhelpful admins, who accused him of insulting them, though they did nothing to help, and provided us with no details, in particular the user User:RickinBaltimore, who we believe has acted unfairly, and unjustly accusing EU_explained of insulting him, when we pointed out his unhelpfulness. I would like to remain a part of the wiki community, as I know would EU explained, please help us to understand where we can go from here.

Let me guess, all these people would also like to remain a part of the wiki community? Even assuming that these are multiple people, they're clearly engaging in meatpuppetry by pursuing a shared agenda (and insulting admins in the process; yes, calling someone a "sick person" is an insult, and that's not even considering some of your other "cohabiters").
