Welcome to the NASCAR WikiProject![edit]

Hi Dispillmann! Just wanted to welcome you to WikiProject NASCAR! We need all the help we can get so I'm glad you're here. Look forward to working with you soon! --D-Day Somebody talk to me. Please somebody! Anybody! 20:56, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the kind words, D-Day. I'm looking forward to participating. I was looking over the to-do list on the NASCAR Wiki-Project page and thought I may be able to contribute. I also looked over the list of Defunct NASCAR teams and saw a lot of noteable omissions that could stand to be filled in.Dspillmann 21:14, 20 February 2006 (UTC)DSpillmann[reply]
Sounds good to me. Let me know when you're finished with the King Racing article, and I'll put it into the main article space if you want me to. --D-Day Somebody talk to me. Please somebody! Anybody! 17:44, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I noticed the Ralph Moody article in your sandbox. I think it looks good enough to go. You could ask a more experienced Wikipedian to wikify if you'd like. I'd wikify it if you want. I'd hate to see your effort get wasted if someone were to beat you to the punch and start another version of the article. The Holman article looks like it needs some work. For Holman maybe you could just post a quick outline (just enough to show that Holman is significant enough to warrant keeping). Let someone know if you need help moving these articles to the main area. Royalbroil 23:57, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I've been a little busy but hope to get back these soon. I emailed John Holman's son and got some good info. I just need to sit down and do a little writing.--Dspillmann 14:24, 24 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject NASCAR proposed standards[edit]

WikiProject NASCAR needs your help! We are in the process of forming our proposed standards which, when complete, will hopefully become a Wikipedia guideline. The guidelines will help editors understand Wikipedia consensus about things like which NASCAR-related articles meet notability standards. Please stop by and let us know what you think! I could really use your help and all other current and former students from A&M to rewrite and expand all articles relating to Texas A&M. -- Hut101 21:20, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Howdy! As a current or past contributor to a related article, I thought I'd let you know about WikiProject Texas A&M, a collaborative effort to improve Wikipedia's coverage of Texas A&M University. If you would like to participate, you can visit the project page, where you can join the project and see a list of open tasks and related articles. Thanks and Gig 'em!
