The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable. All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. Wikipedia's Manual of Style allows to have more than one MoS, and I have been following consistent, encyclopedic appearance that has been followed in MTV Splitsvilla previous seasons and does not disturbs uniformity among articles and cause readability or accessibility problems at least on that page. Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in MTV Splitsvilla season 15. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. MOS is not a suggestion. You need to read MOS:CAPS, MOS:BOLD and MOS:ITALICS especially. Following bad examples makes the encyclopedia worse, not better. Consistently bad articles are exactly that - bad articles. Talk:MTV_Splitsvilla_season_15#MOS_issues as you've been mentioned. That's not even all of the various MOS edits I've made, but covers the majority.
