A tag has been placed on World of Zoo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ╟─TreasuryTagballotbox─╢ 15:38, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

June 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to World of Zoo, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Do not add a list of animals until you have a source. mynameinc (t|c|o|r) 16:24, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did to World of Zoo, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Do not add the list of animals without a source. You seeing these animals in a screenshot or a trailer is not a source. That is original research. mynameinc (t|c|o|r) 16:26, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.

Hello. You are welcome to create a sourced article on a future video game, but please don't insert unsourced material. Also, please keep in mind that this is a community effort. As such, I encourage you to discuss matters with editors who've raised concerns rather than unilaterally replacing deleted content. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 16:36, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It is irrelevant if Zoo Tycoon 2 has a list of animals, sourced or not. If information is not sourced, said information doesn't need to be added, especially to a future video game article. mynameinc (t|c|o|r) 16:51, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I delete it because you have no source. mynameinc (t|c|o|r) 17:09, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That IS NOT a reliable source, it is original research. If you cannot find a source that gives the animals blatantly, it cannot be added. Besides, that trailer is not final, the game is still pre-alpha, and may be subject to changes. mynameinc (t|c|o|r) 18:16, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kyle Rieger requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. FlowerpotmaN·(t) 02:38, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge recommended[edit]

I recommend merging info from St. Louis World Aquarium to City Museum (St. Louis, Missouri). The aquarium is, after all, only one of the museum's exhibits.

Another note: please don't leave unfinished articles as half-baked as happened to the aquarium page.
