Willsome states that he has retired. I can work with you if you want. You are taking on a major project with this list. My first thought is wondering if it is notable as it is a large collection of statistics. I looks to probably be not be an WP:INDISCRIMINATE list of statistics. The main topic of NASCAR is definitely notable enough so it probably would pass Wikipedia:Listcruft. Before you can post a list article, you need to complete it. The list that Willsome compared was a list of current drivers, so I think your list is possible. You need to WP:CITE the entire article from multiple independent reliable sources just like another other article. I would check racingreference.info as one source. I would sort the driver's name by last name not first name. The rest of the columns in the table look good to me (relevant, able to be cited, not trivial, etc.).
