I have no more power than any other standard user; more experience perhaps, but not power (well, that's not entirely true, I've made enough edits to be auto confirmed, so I can edit semi-protected pages, but that's about it).

Anyway, I assume you're talking about the continental land mass. I'm not really to familiar with the subject so I can't really say whether it's appropriate.
