Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Acai. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Your user name and focus on the acai article give the impression of WP:COI. Please conduct your editing with WP:NPOV and do not use commercial sources in the article. Thanks. Zefr (talk) 16:04, 1 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

To enable us to engage in a discussion on this could you please clarify which links you are specifically objecting to. None of the citations I added were "links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product". As the article was littered with "citation required" requests I was just trying to oblige. I decided on the user name before deciding to edit this article.AçaíBaby (talk) 10:20, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Best to explain on the acai Talk page. --Zefr (talk) 13:32, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
